Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Scrum Master who combines deep understanding of Agile/Scrum practices with a solid technical foundation. This role will guide cross-functional engineering teams in delivering high-quality software solutions while removing impediments, improving team velocity, and ensuring alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate acts as a servant leader, Agile coach, and technical facilitator. Key Responsibilities
Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams delivering complex technical solutions.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives .
Partner with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed, prioritized backlog with clearly defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
Remove impediments and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and blockers.
Coach teams on Agile/Scrum best practices , fostering continuous improvement and high performance.
Track and report on Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, throughput, cycle time).
Collaborate closely with engineering, DevOps, QA, and architecture teams to support technical delivery.
Support release planning and coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Promote Agile maturity and help drive organizational Agile transformation.
Ensure transparency and effective communication across business and technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
6–10+ years of overall IT experience with 3+ years as a Scrum Master in technical teams.
Strong hands-on experience working with software development teams (web, cloud, APIs, microservices).
Solid understanding of SDLC , DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern engineering practices.
Proven experience in Agile/Scrum frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
Ability to work with distributed and cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
