Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience (Pediatric Home Health Experience Highly Preferred )
Active CT LPN license
Current BLS certification (Peds BLS Certification Preferred)
Eligible to work in the U.S.
Valid Driver’s license and Reliable Transportation
Recent physical exam (within 1 year)
PPD/QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)
