# Operations Specialist (China-Based)
## About the Role
We are hiring two experienced Operations Specialists to join our China-based operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the flow of orders, keeping schedules on track, removing roadblocks, and ensuring all stakeholders remain aligned throughout the process.
## Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full lifecycle of orders from initiation through final delivery.
* Monitor timelines and proactively follow up with suppliers, internal teams, and customers to ensure milestones are met.
* Communicate effectively using the 1-3-1 framework (1 situation, 3 possible solutions, and 1 recommended action).
* Investigate operational challenges using a root-cause approach, including the "5 Whys" methodology.
* Maintain accurate documentation and provide timely status updates to stakeholders.
* Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.

* Strong problem-solving skills and a structured communication style.
* Experience working with international stakeholders across multiple time zones.
* Background in supply chain, order management, operations, or a related coordination role.
