Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Remote | New York

Role Description

This role supports clients through individual, couples, and family therapy delivered entirely online. You will work with a steady caseload and provide structured, goal-oriented care in a virtual environment.

Core Duties

• Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Complete clinical assessments and intake sessions
• Establish treatment goals and track progress
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Adhere to New York LMFT practice requirements

Requirements

• Active New York LMFT license
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Clinical experience working with relational systems
• Telehealth experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication
