Job Description

This management role is responsible for supervising Jade Rabbit Speakeasy and Maison Lotus Events. This role ensures smooth daily operations, exceptional guest experiences, and strong team performance.

• Salary: $50,000 – $65,000/yr + Commission: 2% on events

• Assigned Locations & Hours: (Tentative Schedule, subject to change)

  • Jade Rabbit Speakeasy

    • Thursday: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
    • Friday & Saturday: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM
    • Sunday, Wednesday - Maison Lotus 
    • Monday & Tuesdays - OFF

Key Responsibilities

• Hospitality Leadership: Be a visible presence on the floor, warmly engaging with guests, anticipating needs, and resolving issues with discretion and professionalism.
• Service Excellence: Uphold Maison Lotus’s service standards and ensure smooth coordination of seating, pacing, and guest flow throughout service.
• Team Development: Lead, coach, and mentor FOH staff, fostering a culture of hospitality, accountability, and teamwork.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure dining room, bar, and restrooms are pristine and presentation-ready at all times.
• Feedback & Reporting: Provide thoughtful input on service enhancements, staffing needs, and guest feedback to leadership.
• Oversee all aspects of private event inquiries, bookings, and client communications using Tripleseat for
  streamlined management.
  ● Manage event planning details such as menu selection, deposits, contracts, and timelines while maintaining
  accurate records.
  ● Prepare detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and lead weekly reviews with General Managers and
  Executive Chefs to ensure flawless execution.
  ● Provide on-site catering support for high-value events, working alongside staff to deliver seamless
  hospitality and build stronger client relationships.
