We're one global team driven by our common purpose to deliver a better world. Join us. AECOM is seeking an Environmental Engineer III to be based in our Atlanta, Georgia office. This position will support our Remediation team within our Environment business line. This position is expected to begin immediately. The Environmental Engineer III will serve as a team member in the field and the office, assisting project and program management with implementation of soil, groundwater, sediment and surface water investigative and remediation programs, data analysis, and report preparation. This is a field-based role comprising approximately 75% fieldwork and 25% office-based work. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic about environmental investigation and remediation and will join a large established team conducting environmental assessment and remediation projects. This position requires excellent written and spoken communication skills, organizational and time management skills, flexibility to work on a range of projects, and a positive attitude. The successful candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively with members of the project team, clients, site personnel and office management, and have the ability to work both independently and as a part of a project team. Please take note this role will require travel outside of the Atlanta Metropolitan area (from days to weeks) to support projects as needed across the region and the United States.
