Associate Attorney - Employment Law - Northern California (Remote, CA Licensed)
A growing employment law firm in Northern California is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team. This is a remote position, but candidates must reside in California and be licensed in the state. The firm values collaboration, professional growth, and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

* Handle employment law matters from intake to resolution
* Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memorandaParticipate in client meetings, hearings, and mediations
* Provide guidance and advice on employment compliance and disputes
* Collaborate with colleagues across cases and offices

Qualifications

* California Bar license in good standing
* 2+ years of employment law experience preferred
* Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
* Ability to manage multiple cases independently while working within a team
