About the Role

Source Point Pest Control is growing fast, and we're looking for a proven door-to-door sales leader to join us as a Sales Team Lead.

This isn't a desk job — you'll be out in the field every day, knocking doors alongside your team, leading by example, and building a culture of performance that drives real results. What You'll Do

• Knock doors daily alongside your team — you lead from the front, not from the sidelines.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor a high-performing door-to-door sales team in your territory.
• Coach reps in real time on pitch delivery, objection handling, and closing techniques.
• Set daily and weekly production goals and hold your team accountable to hitting them.
• Track team performance metrics and report results to regional leadership.

• Previous door-to-door pest control sales experience is required — no exceptions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team.
• A self-starter mentality: you don't need to be told to get out the door.

• Competitive, results-driven, and hungry to earn more every single season.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and high energy in an outdoor, physical role.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
