Customer Service Representative Job Description

Payrate: $19/hr

Shifts: Monday–Friday, all day shifts (hours communicated by OPM)

Benefits: Holiday Pay, PTO (Paid Time Off) accrual

Remote Option: Eligible to apply for work-from-home after 90 days on assignment

Compliance: Drug screen, BG check, and any applicable fines identified at submittal

Position Overview

This role is responsible for answering incoming phone calls from customers regarding account information and providing support to potential applicants. Duties include:

• Taking new applications and processing payments via phone
• Documenting customer concerns and resolving issues
• Updating and maintaining account holder information
• Performing basic data entry and handling follow-up mail/email correspondence
• Managing account maintenance, including changes, adjustments, and statement requests
• Explaining terms, conditions, and policies clearly to customers
• Preparing daily activity and cash-out reports
• Proactively addressing customer requests with professionalism

1. Proficient data entry and computer literacy

5. Reliable transportation or ability to travel via bus route
6. High School Diploma or GED (proof required for onboarding)

This is a Contract position based out of Harrisburg, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
