This position does include some weekends.

The receptionist will welcome c lients who visit iV Bars . You will coordinate front-desk activities including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls checking clients in & out and scheduling appointments. Applicants should also want to help clients improve their health wellness and quality of life.

Summary: An Medical Receptionists key role is to ensure clients are provided with the best customer experience. Maintain a keen awareness and knowledge of infusion cocktails & vitamins.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to iV Bars clients
• Educate and Answer questions to clients about the benefits of iV Therapies hydration cocktails and any other services offered at iV Bars.
• Ensure all required paperwork is filled out for new and existing customers.
• Promote memberships and wellness services based on client needs.
• Maintain inventory and cleanliness of the clinic.

Experience:

• Excellent Customer service skills
• A t least 2 years of experience in the medical field.
• Excellent Communication and Time Management Skills
• Ability to work with a diverse clientele.
• Reliable Self-Starter
• Embrace policies and procedures to contribute to the companys compliance requirements including protocols.
