Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you won’t just be moving boxes—you will be the backbone of our inventory accuracy and shipping efficiency. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing inventory, utilizing RF scan guns, and navigating UPS WorldShip to ensure our products get to our customers accurately and on time.

Responsibilities
- Shipping & Receiving: Efficiently prepare, pack, and label outbound shipments. Process domestic and international shipments utilizing UPS WorldShip (and other carrier software as needed). Unload incoming deliveries, verify packing slips against physical inventory, and report discrepancies.
- Inventory Control: Conduct routine cycle counts, physical inventory audits, and stock rotations to maintain 100% inventory accuracy.
- RF Scan Gun Operations: Utilize RF scanners to track product movement, log inventory locations, and pick/pack orders accurately.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Adhere to all OSHA and company safety guidelines.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the logistics and customer service teams to resolve shipping delays or inventory issues quickly.
