Front of House Team Member – Mala Town (Union City)

Job Overview

We are looking for friendly, reliable, and energetic Front of House team members to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing excellent customer service while maintaining a clean and efficient environment. Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with orders in a friendly and professional manner
• Operate the POS system accurately to process transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all front-of-house areas
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Restock supplies and support daily operations
• Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service
• Handle customer questions and resolve issues professionally

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred (training available)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic math skills for cash handling
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Bilingual (English/Mandarin) is a plus
