Job Description: Virtual Personal Assistant at Compass Realty Inc

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the team by managing schedules emails and calendar appointments.
• Handle phone calls and correspondence with clients and partners in a professional manner.
• Organize and maintain digital files and documents.
• Assist with research tasks and prepare reports as needed.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.

Essential Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience working in the real estate industry is a plus.
