..We welcome motivated new CDL A graduates eager to begin their driving careers.

• Paid on boarding with an experienced mentor.
• Duration 4 to 6 weeks of Training..
• Pay During the Training Period--$650 weekly.
• 24/7 access to driver managers and support teams.

Pay amp; Home Time

• Strong starting pay for new CDL A Drivers.

• Average weekly earnings: $1,200–$1,400.

• Weekly direct‑deposit pay.

• Home Time: Stay out 2 weeks OTR, then enjoy 2 days at home with your loved ones.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in OTR lanes.
• Complete on‑time pickups and deliveries.
• Follow all D.O.T regulations and company safety standards.
• Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch.
• Maintain accurate logs and required documentation.

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A license.
• Recent graduate from an accredited CDL school.
• Ability to pass D.O.T drug screen.
• Clean M.V.R and background (carrier‑specific standards apply).
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
