Transactional Associate Attorney Position

Responsibilities and Duties Include:

* Creation of business entities
* Advising clients regarding corporate governance, tax, and business succession planning
* Representing clients in mergers & acquisitions, financings, and real estate transactions

Requirements:

* Member in good standing of the Florida Bar
* 3+years of experience as a transactional attorney and M&A
* Ability to interact comfortably with business owners and c-suite executives; strong drafting skills; highly team-oriented
* Prior knowledge and experience in the areas of corporate governance, succession planning, tax, mergers & acquisitions, financing, or real estate is preferred
