Rita's Italian Ice amp; Frozen Custard of is looking for full-time Store Manager for its Miami Beach locations locations. These positions offer a positive, fun work environment with advancement opportunities.

Each store has walk-up/walk-in business and third-party delivery, as well as catering. Significant interaction by the Store Manager with local business and residential communities also supports store business.

Ideal candidates will have superior interpersonal skills, the ability to engage with customers and at least two years of progressively responsible experience as a manager or assistant manager in a quick service restaurant or other hospitality setting, and work references that can speak to the candidate's strong work ethic. Must be fluent in English.

Essential duties include:
• Overall store management


• Generating sales growth
• Cash, inventory and cost management


• Supervision of assistant managers and shift leaders
• Management of staff hiring, training and scheduling


• Ensuring product consistency and store appearance
• Maintenance of major equipment
• Promoting a team atmosphere
