Job Description
Randstad is seeking a healthcare professional with experience in the below. Prior experience in a large healthcare or hospital environment Experience supporting multiple units and/or departments, including cross-campus coordination Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Professional phone etiquette and communication skills Demonstrated experience managing staffing schedules, timekeeping, or workforce coordination in a clinical setting Preferred Qualifications Experience with Clairvia staffing and scheduling system Experience in centralized staffing operations or house-wide staffing support Familiarity with healthcare timekeeping/payroll systems
salary: $33.91 - $33.92 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Coordinate daily staffing assignments and anticipate long-range scheduling needs
Allocate resources based on census, acuity, and operational demands
Resolve real-time staffing gaps, call-offs, and coverage challenges
Communicate clearly and professionally with managers, providers, and staff
Maintain accurate staffing records and support timekeeping processes
Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations, as well as privacy and safety standards
Prepare and distribute staffing reports and related communications
