Position Summary :

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Representative with experience in industrial sales to grow and expand our client base. This role focuses on building strong relationships within the industrial sector to promote our staffing services, create new business opportunities, and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the industrial market, proven experience in B2B sales, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Identify and Develop New Business :

• Prospect, qualify, and generate new business leads within the industrial sector.
• Conduct market research to identify key industry trends, competitive landscapes, and client needs.

1. Build and Maintain Client Relationships :

• Establish and nurture relationships with decision-makers in the industrial market to understand client requirements.
• Regularly meet with clients to discuss staffing needs, gather feedback, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

1. Sales and Revenue Growth :

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.

1. Consultative Selling :

• Educate clients on our staffing solutions and the value we bring to help them address workforce challenges.
• Present customized staffing solutions to address client requirements and drive operational efficiency.

* Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter orders into computers.
* Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
* Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted.
* Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
* Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential customers from sources such as telephone directories, magazine reply cards, and lists purchased from other organizations.
* Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements.
* Telephone or write letters to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts.
