Sr. Scrum Master / Delivery Lead
Location: Remote (Must reside in MI, IN, IL, KY, OH, or WI)
Duration: Long-Term Contract
W2 Contract

Must-Have Skills
Strong experience as a Scrum Master (CSM or Agile certification preferred)
Experience serving as a Delivery Lead for custom software development teams
Prior hands-on experience as a Software Developer (strongly preferred)
Experience managing Agile/Scrum projects and high-performing development teams
Strong understanding of SAFe/Scaled Agile methodologies
Preferred Skills
Retail or in-store technology experience
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
Knowledge of software release management and deployment processes
Strong project planning, estimation, and risk management skills
Key Responsibilities
Lead Agile delivery teams and ensure successful project execution
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives
Track team progress, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement
Manage scope, schedules, resources, risks, and project status reporting
Collaborate with Product Owners and development teams to deliver high-quality software
Support release planning and production deployments
Ensure adherence to Scrum and SAFe best practices
Balance business priorities with technical requirements and team capacity
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with project financial controls, estimation, and resource planning
Proven ability to lead cross-functional software development teams
Preferred Certifications
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
SAFe Certification or other Agile certifications
