Salary: $120,000 - 125,000 per year Requirements:

• In-depth understanding of ServiceNow AI, including Predictive Intelligence and Now Assist capabilities across ITSM/HRSD
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform modules such as ITSM, Knowledge Management, and Virtual Agent
• Proven track record in designing, architecting, and implementing Now Assist solutions (both out-of-the-box and custom)
• 1-2 years of experience implementing ServiceNow Predictive Intelligence features
• Strong background in MLOps, ML Engineering, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Data Science, and building GenAI/Agentic AI solutions
• Proficient in ServiceNow client/server-side JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs
• Solid understanding of ITSM data models, Knowledge Management structures, and overall platform architecture
• Ability to design solutions with an architecture-first approach
• Comprehensive knowledge of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge management

• Design and develop GenAI and AI Agent use cases utilizing ServiceNow Now Assist
• Create technical specifications and implement Now Assist solutions that meet functional requirements
• Architect and deliver comprehensive GenAI solutions within the ServiceNow platform
• Develop integrations between Now Assist and external IT systems using IntegrationHub, SOAP/REST, Data Sources, and Import Sets/Transform Maps
• Customize and configure Now Assist, Virtual Agent, and ITSM functionality
• Write and deploy code using ServiceNow platform scripting tools such as GlideScript and JavaScript
• Collaborate in Agile and DevOps environments, including CI/CD, automated testing, and sprint-based delivery
• Construct advanced platform UI components and data-driven solutions
• Offer technical leadership on ServiceNow AI implementations
