Job Description

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Policy Researchers to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the intersection of policy and strategy, and who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. As a Policy Researcher, you will primarily assist in conducting thorough research, analyzing legislation, and preparing reports that inform our clients' strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities
-Participate in networking events, and maintain or establish professional relationships with key stakeholders in public agencies.
-Based on networking, conduct in-depth research on public policy issues and legislative developments.
-Monitor and report on government proceedings and relevant hearings.
-Analyze and synthesize complex information into clear and actionable reports.
-Collaborate with team members to advise clients on potential impacts of legislative changes.

Candidate Criteria
-Strong analytical and writing skills, with a proven ability to distill complex information from different sources.
-Currently working with international orginzations (UN, WTO, WB, WHO, etc.), or thinktanks (Rand, CSIS, Brookings, GMF, etc.)
-Ambitious to work in the public sectors on the intersection of economy and geopolitics.
-Familiarity with the U.S. policy-making process is a plus.
-Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and research.
