Job Requirements
4+ years of professional experience in business analysis specifically focused on Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and legal operations.
Proficiency in Agiloft CLM or similar enterprise legal technology platforms for managing automated contract workflows.
Experience with migrating legacy agreement metadata and records into modern cloud-based contract repositories.
Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), functional validation, and regression testing for integrated procurement and ERP systems.
Experience with maintaining Configuration Management Records (CMR) and managing version control for conditional clause logic.
Experience with developing operational dashboards and management reports for vendor compliance and contract performance.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for delivering technical training and facilitating stakeholder requirement sessions.
Job Responsibilities
Direct the functional implementation and expansion of the Agiloft CLM ecosystem across enterprise legal and procurement departments.
Execute technical migration workflows to validate and cleanse legal metadata from legacy databases into the centralized platform.
Author detailed technical documentation including Business Requirements Documents (BRD), process maps, and standard operating procedures.
Manage system quality through functional, regression, and release validation testing to ensure compliance with operational standards.
Configure template attributes, conditional clause logic, and business rules within the contract management environment.
Generate analytical reporting solutions and dashboards to provide visibility into contract operations and risk management.
Orchestrate organizational readiness by producing technical user guides and conducting adoption training for diverse business units.
