Job Summary
STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Scrum Master on behalf of our client in Remote. The ideal candidate will have strong experience leading Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and supporting Project Management Office (PMO) initiatives within a ServiceNow environment. This role requires a collaborative leader who can coach teams, drive Agile best practices, and ensure the successful delivery of projects while fostering continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Guide and coach cross-functional teams in Agile principles and Scrum best practices.
Collaborate with the PMO to support project planning, sprint execution, and delivery.
Manage Agile projects and workflows using ServiceNow Agile Project Management.
Remove impediments and help teams maintain focus on sprint goals and project objectives.
Drive Agile transformation initiatives and promote continuous process improvement.
Monitor sprint progress, project metrics, and team performance to ensure successful delivery.
Foster effective communication among stakeholders, product owners, and development teams.
Mentor team members and encourage a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related technical field.
Equivalent relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
10+ years of overall professional experience.
3+ years of Project Management experience.
3+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master or Requirements Analyst.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Agile Project Management.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
Experience supporting PMO functions and Agile project delivery.
Demonstrated ability to lead Agile transformation initiatives across enterprise programs.
Excellent communication, facilitation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Active Public Trust clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, SAFe Scrum Master, or other Agile certification.
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise or government technology programs.
