Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Program Manager to support large-scale Clinical Digital Experience initiatives within a healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong Agile leadership skills, extensive experience managing multiple scrum teams, and the ability to coordinate complex enterprise programs involving both internal teams and external partners.

This individual will play a key role in driving Agile delivery, managing budgets and resources, facilitating scrum ceremonies, and ensuring successful execution of clinical digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.

• Manage multiple scrum teams and workstreams supporting Clinical Digital Experience initiatives.

• Coordinate delivery activities across business, technology, and vendor teams.

• Track project budgets, resource allocation, and program expenditures.

• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful project execution.

• Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.

• Monitor program progress and provide status updates to leadership teams.

• Utilize Jira and Azure DevOps for Agile planning, sprint management, and reporting.

• Support program governance, issue management, and decision-making processes.

• Develop executive dashboards and program reports.

• Ensure Agile best practices and continuous improvement initiatives are implemented.

• Collaborate with clinical, business, and technology teams to achieve program objectives.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Scrum Master, Program Management, or Agile delivery roles.

• Proven experience managing multiple scrum teams and workstreams simultaneously.

• Experience supporting enterprise-scale Clinical Digital Experience initiatives.

• Strong experience with budget management and resource planning.

• Experience managing internal teams and external vendor relationships.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.

• Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced healthcare environments.
