Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.Act as a servant-leader, removing blockers and enabling teams to deliver value consistently.Partner closely with the IT Solutions Manager and Product Owners to align technical delivery with strategic objectives.Champion cross-functional collaboration, coordinating across multiple agile teams as needed.Support backlog refinement and sprint goal setting in collaboration with business analysts and product stakeholders.Utilize Jira and Confluence to manage sprints, document decisions, and report progress.Promote a culture of continuous improvement and Agile maturity, coaching teams and stakeholders in Agile practices.Lead Agile adoption efforts and serve as a change agent for modern delivery practices.Report sprint performance, team health, and delivery metrics to senior leadership.Collaborate with IT leadership on resource planning, risk mitigation, and portfolio prioritization.Shadow and support the IT Solutions Manager on key initiatives, with the potential to step into leadership responsibilities as needed.Qualifications3+ years of Scrum Master or Agile Program Leadership experience in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.Demonstrated success delivering digital products in partnership with developers, analysts, and business units.Familiarity with Salesforce platforms (preferably NPSP) or similar CRM ecosystems.Solid experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Figma.Agile certifications preferred (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, or equivalent).Intermediate project planning skills—able to create timelines and resource plans when needed.Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and facilitation skills.Strong problem-solving and organizational change management abilities.Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)Salesforce platform or implementation knowledge.Experience in a nonprofit or philanthropic organization.Familiarity with IT governance practices or cross-team coordination frameworks.
