Job Title: Title Attorney (Oil & Gas)

Location: Fully Remote

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced title professional with a strong background in oil and gas title work. This role is fully remote and offers flexible billable expectations, competitive compensation, full benefits, and bonus opportunities tied to billable performance.

Required Experience (Must Have)

Minimum 3+ years of title work experience

Direct title experience in one or more of the following:

Bakken

Uintah Basin

Powder River Basin

Green River Formation

OR substantial oil & gas title experience in:

Colorado

Wyoming

Utah

Candidates must have title experience in these areas to be considered

Key Responsibilities

Perform oil and gas title examinations and analysis

Review and interpret deeds, leases, assignments, and related instruments

Prepare title opinions, reports, and ownership summaries

Resolve title defects and ownership issues

Work independently in a remote environment while meeting billable goals
