Spreadsheet, Document & Presentation Quality Review

  • Assess slide decks for organization, visual clarity, executive readability, and presentation quality
  • Identify factual, aesthetic, formatting, and presentation errors across Microsoft Office and Google Workspace files
  • Apply consistent review standards across documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks

Ideal Profile

Strong candidates may have:

  • Native or professional fluency in English
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Strong experience with Google Slides, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Sheets, Word, and Google Docs

  • Advanced degree from a reputable institution may be valuable
  • Professional training in privacy, data protection, regulatory compliance, risk assessment, audit, or information governance may also be relevant depending on project scope

Nice to Have

  • Master's degree, JD, LLM, MBA, or comparable privacy/compliance-related credential
  • Certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM, CIPT, CISA, CISSP, CRISC, ISO 27001, or comparable privacy, compliance, audit, or security credentials
  • Experience creating or reviewing privacy policies, DPIAs, PIAs, compliance matrices, regulatory summaries, risk registers, vendor risk materials, data maps, incident response summaries, or executive compliance presentations
  • Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, HIPAA, GLBA, SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST Privacy Framework, and related privacy or compliance frameworks
  • Strong ability to evaluate both compliance substance and visual/presentation quality

Why This Opportunity

  • Review high-quality documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across privacy, data protection, risk, and compliance topics
  • Contribute to accurate, rigorous, and professionally presented compliance materials
