• You have a Current Registered Nurse License valid in Georgia?
• You have a Georgia DL, Clean Record, & your own reliable vehicle?
• You currently RESIDE in Georgia?
• You have good computer skills?

• Must care deeply and passionately for the well-being of our senior population.
• Member Assessments in the center and home
• Reviewing health care documentation,
• Being a resource for the Skylark team,
• Assisting in the operations of the center when needed
• Review and complete monthly, weekly required nursing documentation for CCSP / SOURCE, Veterans Administration programs, and compliance requirements
• Care plan development.
• Team Environment & Mindset needed: “No Job is Beneath You”

Qualifications:

• Enthusiasm; love of seniors
• Current Georgia Registered Nurse License
• Good computer skills
• Skilled multi-tasker
• Experience with senior private in-home care a plus
