ABOUT THE JOB:
Research Associates provide meaningful technical, administrative, and research-related support to our seasoned team of polling strategists. In this position, you will learn the key elements of successful survey research while contributing to a wide-array of client projects, preparing materials and ensuring the quality and accuracy of final deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
All positions at Hart Research Associates may be asked to provide support and assistance outside of their core job function. Executing additional duties as requested is a core requirement of every job. Evening and weekend hours may be required. Overtime will be paid for more than 40 hours of week per week.

This job is based in our modern, secure, light-filled, open-floor plan office space in Washington, DC. We maintain a hybrid work environment that provides employees flexibility to work from home several days per week. Employees for this position must live within the Greater DC Region to be available for in-person meetings and/or in-office work, as needed or as requested by Company and/or Supervisor. Teleworking as a flexible work arrangement may be altered at the discretion of the Company.
