Job Description

A Plumbing Foreman is needed immediately for a well-respected and growing contractor with many years of proven stability and no signs of slowing down.

Responsibilities:

* Lead, manage, and motivate a plumbing crew in the layout and installation of commercial plumbing projects.
* Oversee scheduling, workload planning, and daily work assignments to ensure efficient project execution.
* Coordinate with General Contractors and Superintendents on safety planning and compliance.
* Address performance issues and team challenges promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

* 5+ years of Plumbing Foreman experience.
* Strong interpersonal skills with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
* Proven communication, coaching, and leadership abilities.
* Experience preparing and executing Daily Safety Plans.
* Ability to quickly resolve team or operational issues.
* Highly organized with strong prioritization and time-management skills.
