Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Home Care

Fairfield County, CT | Per Diem | One-on-One Pediatric Care

Affirmed Home Care is expanding our Pediatric Division and is looking for compassionate, experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric clients in their homes throughout Fairfield County, Connecticut .

Available Shifts

• Day Shifts
• Evening Shifts
• Overnight Shifts
• Weekend Shifts
• Flexible Per Diem Scheduling

Pay & Benefits

• Starting at $40.00 per hour
• Weekly pay via direct deposit

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Current BLS Certification
• Minimum one year of pediatric nursing experience preferred (home care, hospital, or acute care)
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Current physical examination completed within the past 12 months
• Current TB screening (PPD or QuantiFERON completed within the last year) or chest X-ray documentation, if applicable
