As a Security Officer Patrol with Active Clearance in Bothell WA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients visitors and personnel by following site-specific procedures access protocols and other security-related policies at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents unusual activity and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout assigned buildings grounds and perimeter areas to help identify suspicious activity potential hazards and/or access control concerns.
• Monitor entrances exits and other restricted areas to help support authorized access visitor processing and compliance with site rules and reporting requirements.
• Complete required logs incident reports and shift documentation and report maintenance issues policy concerns and/or security-related observations to the appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
