Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Parts Counter Representative to join our growing team. If you have a passion for customer service, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have experience with parts sales or inventory, we'd love to hear from you. salary: $52,000 - $55,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 3 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the parts counter, over the phone, and via email.
• Identify and source the correct parts using manufacturer catalogs and software.
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stocking and organizing the parts department.
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments.
• Coordinate with the service department to ensure technicians have the parts they need.
• Process returns, warranty claims, and special orders.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while building long-term customer relationships.
