Position Summary The Parts Counter person is responsible for assisting technicians and customers with parts inquiries and sales, both in person and over the phone. • Assist customers and technicians in identifying and selecting the correct parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
• Recommend related products, companion parts, and current promotions to provide complete solutions.
• Answer incoming phone calls, providing pricing, availability, and product information with exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of repair orders, invoices, special orders, and insurance estimates.
• Coordinate parts orders for shipment, delivery, or customer pick-up.
• Build and maintain relationships with assigned accounts through outbound communication.
• Support both internal and external customers with a high level of responsiveness and professionalism.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming parts counter and work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience required.
• Toyota dealership experience preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Computer proficiency and experience with dealership management systems preferred.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
