Requirements & Education

  • Typically requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, sales operations, management consulting, or a related analytical role.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with SFDC (Salesforce) is desired.
  • High proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, Tableau, Looker).
  • Familiarity with Go-To-Market frameworks, sales funnels, and marketing operations.
  • Experience working within a consumption-based business model is a significant plus.
  • Strong project management skills, with the proven ability to manage multiple priorities, take initiative, and drive cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent executive communication skills (both verbal and written); highly capable of synthesizing complex data into clear, compelling takeaways and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to work through ambiguity.

The target salary range for this position is 100,300 - 149,600 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. The range is based on 'On Target Earnings’ (OTE) representing the total potential earnings, which is the sum of the base salary and potential commission earned when performance targets are achieved. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s). These offerings are subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. We will provide detailed information about the specific benefits for your region during the recruitment process.
