About the Role: Monday-Thursday 6pm-10pm

Join our dynamic team at Planet Fitness - NJ/MA One World Fitness as a Night Club Cleaner! In this role, you'll help maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our members during the late-night hours, ensuring they have the best experience possible.

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning of all club areas, including workout spaces, locker rooms, and restrooms.
• Ensure all equipment is sanitized and in optimal condition for member use.
• Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and cleaning materials as needed.
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with company policies and health regulations.
• Assist with special cleaning projects and deep cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing member inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive and efficient cleaning operation.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies as needed.
• Flexible schedule, including availability for night shifts.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
