Job Title: Program Manager NetSuite Transformation with financial Management

Location: Onsite New York, NY

Experience Level: 18+ Years overall with 10+ Years in NetSuite Program /Project Management

About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager / Program Director to lead strategic NetSuite ERP transformation and delivery programs for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will combine strong program governance and stakeholder management skills with deep understanding of NetSuite implementation, business processes, and financial systems integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Leadership & Governance Own end-to-end delivery of the NetSuite transformation program across multiple workstreams.
• Establish program governance frameworks, status reporting, and risk management practices.
• Drive stakeholder alignment across business, IT, and vendor teams.
• Define program roadmap, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• NetSuite Implementation Management Oversee full lifecycle implementation of NetSuite ERP - from discovery and design to deployment and stabilization.
• Ensure proper scoping, solution design, and alignment with business objectives.
• Manage integrations with surrounding systems (CRM, Procurement, HRIS, Data Warehouse, etc.).
• Partner with functional leads across Finance, Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), and Project Accounting modules.
• Stakeholder & Change Management Act as the primary liaison between executive sponsors, business stakeholders, and delivery partners.
• Lead change management initiatives, training, and user adoption.
• Manage steering committee communications and executive reporting.
• Team & Vendor Management Manage cross-functional teams including business analysts, functional consultants, and technical leads (onshore/offshore).
• Coordinate with NetSuite vendors, system integrators, and third-party partners.
• Ensure resource allocation, budget tracking, and delivery timelines are met.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Must Have: Proven experience managing NetSuite ERP implementation or transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of Financials, O2C, P2P, R2R, and Project Accounting processes.
• Expertise in Program Governance, PMO setup, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong leadership and executive communication skills.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and global cross-functional teams.
• Nice to Have: Experience with NetSuite integrations (Salesforce, Workday, Coupa, etc.).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
• Experience working in Finance, Technology, or Professional Services sectors.
• Familiarity with data migration, reporting, and analytics (SuiteAnalytics, BI tools).
