salary: $40,000 - $41,600 per year

Responsibilities

• Essential Functions
• Routes shipments and process shipments for distribution center.
• Schedules and coordinates inventory shipments from main warehouse to offsite warehouses.
• Has knowledge of best practices, most efficient and cost-effective shipping methods.
• Provides freight rate quotes for outbound shipments.
• Monitors all Traffic desk tickets and completes all customer service requests.
• Initiates all investigations of damages, shortages or over charges for freight for customer service.
• Assists with returns and shipping damage complaints from customer service or CRM.
• Assists with all carrier claims for shipping issues.
• Assist in scheduling shipments and notifies customer service of delays or issues.
• Assist with Export paperwork and ensures all export documentation is complete.
• Assists with warehouse inventory counts on a routine basis.
• Assist shipping and receiving departments when needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

The essential functions of this role include:
