Forklift Operator / Material Handler

We are seeking for a Forklift Operator / Material Handler for a client in Danbury, CT.


The Forklift Operator / Material Handler will be manually moving freight, stock, and other materials within the warehouse.


This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position with 2nd openings, 3:30pm-12am. Days worked will typically be Monday-Friday with opportunities for overtime. Pay rate will be starting at $19.85 per hour.


Forklift Operator / Material Handler General Requirements:

» practice operating a forklift

»Be able to lift at least 75 pounds

» expertise of weighing scales and weigh counts

»Have good computer expertise

» capability to read, write and communicate in English

»Organized and detail oriented

Forklift Operator / Material Handler job tasks include:

»Utilize forklift to load, unload and move product through the warehouse

»Placing selected cases on pallets and arrange in an orderly fashion to minimize product damage for safe delivery

»Wrapping completed pallets in shrink wrap and deliver to staging area

»Assisting with other tasks around the warehouse as needed
