Job Description

Salary: $80,000 - 110,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent IT training or certifications such as Microsoft Network Administration certification.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Systems Administration.
• Proficient with Windows operating systems.
• Proven ability to build physical servers from the ground up.
• Experience in patch management for server systems.
• Skilled in Active Directory (AD) maintenance and support.
• Knowledgeable in Group Policy Objects (GPO).
• Familiar with DNS management.
• Experience with DHCP and DHCP scopes.
• Knowledge of Windows Server Update Services (WSUS), SCCM, or similar update services.
• Proficient with Certificate Authority (CA) servers.
• Experience supporting license managers.
• Skilled in Windows image deployment and relevant infrastructure.
• Familiarity with vulnerability scanning tools.
• Preferred knowledge of NetApp storage systems.
• Preferred experience with ERP systems like SAP.
• Understanding of virtualization and various network technologies is an advantage.

• Lead desktop and helpdesk support initiatives, ensuring timely resolution of all desktop applications and workstation issues with minimal disruption.
• Act as a liaison with our parent company based in Germany.
• Oversee deployment and maintenance of both physical and virtual IT infrastructure, including servers, desktops, laptops, and network devices such as switches and routers.
• Support the development and integration of ERP-related IT projects, including mobile warehousing and paperless operations.
• Create and manage user accounts in Active Directory and other relevant areas.
• Design and implement automated processes throughout the IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate effectively as a team player, proactively supporting cross-functional operations and contributing to project teams.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software malfunctions by running diagnostics, documenting issues and solutions, prioritizing them, and evaluating their impact.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
