Job Title: HVAC Apprentice

Job Description

We are actively hiring entry level service technicians across MA. We are ideally looking for someone that has schooling in HVAC or Plumbing and are looking to enter the field of pump service. This position will require travel across the state so you will need a reliable vehicle and be okay with being gone for a week at a time. This position will pay $18 - $25 an hour depending on skills and attitude. We are holding virtual interviews all week.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites daily to evaluate and repair pumps and related equipment.
• Provide maintenance for pumps and related equipment at customer sites.
• Support pump start-ups, including setting up pump operational programs.
• Complete service reports promptly using the CRM system.
• Evaluate pump products in the shop and create repair estimates.
• Perform pump product repairs in the shop.
• Participate in rotating on-call, after-hours support.
• Complete all activities with safety as a priority.

Essential Skills

• Mechanical skills
• Troubleshooting abilities
• Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, and wiring
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Field service experience
• Maintenance and repair proficiency

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• OSHA 10 certification
• Proficiency with basic hand and power tools
• Clean driving record

Work Environment

You will travel throughout New England, working in an industrial environment. The role requires flexibility and adaptability to various settings, with a focus on safety and quality of work.

This is a Permanent position based out of Concord, MA.

The pay range for this position is $68000.00 - $83000.00/yr.

Service Van Overtime Direct hire

This is a fully onsite position in Concord,MA.

This position is anticipated to close on Feb 23, 2026.
