Job Description

The Nunes family is looking for a kind, organised, and trustworthy House Manager to help keep the home running smoothly in Superior, Colorado. This is a part-time role for someone who enjoys creating order, anticipating needs, and supporting a busy family with calm, dependable household management.

This position would suit someone who takes pride in creating a well-run home and enjoys being the person who keeps things on track behind the scenes. You’ll play an important part in helping the family stay organised, reduce daily stress, and maintain a comfortable, efficient household.

What the role involves

• Coordinating household vendors, such as cleaners, maintenance, and landscaping services.
• Scheduling appointments and making sure household tasks are completed on time.
• Managing calendars, bills, subscriptions, renewals, and general household administration.
• Helping with deliveries, returns, errands, and everyday logistics.
• Shopping & organising household supplies and groceries.
• Creating simple systems and routines that help the home run more smoothly.
• Supporting with school and activity coordination, plus travel preparation when needed.

What we’re looking for

We’d love to meet someone who is:

• Highly organised and detail-oriented.
• Proactive, reliable, and solution-focused.
• A strong communicator who can work independently.
• Experienced in a similar role, such as House Manager, Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Operations support. We’d like someone with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, but the right personality and fit for our family is most important.

• Independent contractor - Part-time role: approximately 20 to 25 hours per week.
• Competitive hourly rate, based on experience.

Hiring process

Final candidates will be asked to complete standard screening, including identity verification, background checks, references, and a driving record check if applicable. A paid trial period will be part of the process before a permanent offer is made.
