Healthcare Recruitment Associate (Sourcing Specialist) – Sydiera

Sydiera is seeking motivated and resourceful Healthcare Recruitment Associates to join our talent acquisition team. This entry-level recruiting role is focused on candidate sourcing and pipeline development, supporting our senior recruiters in identifying top healthcare talent.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow into a full-cycle Healthcare Recruiter role. High-performing associates will have the opportunity to advance after a successful probationary period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and identify qualified healthcare candidates (physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, and allied health professionals) through job boards, databases, and networking

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates

  • Conduct initial outreach to candidates via phone, email, and professional platforms

  • Pre-screen candidates to assess basic qualifications, interest, and availability

  • Maintain accurate candidate records and activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements

  • Track sourcing activity and meet weekly outreach and pipeline goals

  • Stay current on healthcare staffing trends and market conditions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)

  • 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, sales, customer service, or a related field

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
