Job Title: Health Coach
Location: New York, New York, United States
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $45,000 - $90,000 USD per annum

Responsibilities

As a Health Coach, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive wellness programmes. Your primary duties will include:
* Conducting one-on-one and group coaching sessions to support employees with their health, nutrition, and lifestyle goals.
* Developing, implementing, and managing corporate wellness programmes and initiatives that address key health indicators.
* Creating and distributing engaging educational materials, including workshops, newsletters, and presentations on various health topics such as stress management, nutrition, and physical activity.
* Collaborating with the Human Resources department to integrate wellness into the company culture.
* Tracking participation and assessing the effectiveness of wellness initiatives, providing regular reports to management.
* Serving as a confidential resource for employees seeking guidance on health and well-being matters.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in health and wellness, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire others. Key qualifications include:
* A recognised certification in Health Coaching or a related field.
* A degree in Nutrition, Public Health, Kinesiology, or a relevant discipline is highly preferred.
* Proven experience working as a Health Coach, ideally within a corporate environment.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
* Strong organisational and project management skills, with experience in programme development and execution.
* A genuine passion for health and wellness and a commitment to helping others achieve their goals.
* Proficiency in standard office software and a willingness to learn new systems.
