Bark Barbecue has opened its second 8,700 sq. ft. flagship destination in the heart of North Brooklyn (East Williamsburg/Bushwick) and is seeking hospitality professionals to join our team.
This is an opportunity to be part of an industry-leading buildout from the ground up, helping shape the systems, culture, and standards of a high-volume restaurant focused on exceptional barbecue, hospitality, and craftsmanship.
Position: Prep Cook
Prep Cooks are responsible for the daily preparation and organization of ingredients that support our kitchen operations. Responsibilities include menu items preparation, sauce production, portioning, recipe execution, receiving deliveries, and preparation of house-made components used throughout the restaurant and beverage programs.
Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, efficient, and take pride in craftsmanship. Previous kitchen experience is preferred, but a strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn are equally important.
