This role offers a unique opportunity for fellowship-trained radiologists to contribute to an innovative project with a leading AI lab. You will be instrumental in evaluating the capabilities of large language models in addressing complex, real-world cases in musculoskeletal and neuroradiology. Your expertise will help shape diagnostic challenges and provide authoritative solutions that enhance the understanding of model performance. Key Responsibilities

• Design expert-level diagnostic and reasoning challenges for MSK and neuroradiology cases.
• Develop gold-standard answers with clear diagnostic reasoning.
• Focus on edge cases, nuanced differentials, and multimodal reasoning.
• Collaborate directly with research teams to improve model reasoning.
• Provide feedback on common failure modes in model performance.

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Diagnostic Radiology residency.
• Completion of a radiology fellowship in any subspecialty.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Diagnostic Radiology.
• 2+ years of post-training clinical experience.
• Currently based in the United States.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Fellowship training in Musculoskeletal Radiology and/or Neuroradiology.
• Primary clinical practice focused on MSK or neuro imaging.
• Academic or teaching experience (residents, fellows, conferences).
• Experience creating case-based assessments, exam questions, or rubrics.
• Background in complex MRI interpretation or subspecialty-heavy workflows.

This is a remote, hourly position.

The hourly rate ranges from $120 to $140.
