We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team and help drive sales, build customer relationships, and support business growth. No prior sales experience is required — we provide structured training, coaching, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product selection and answer questions in a professional and helpful manner

• Build relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales and repeat business

• Support sales campaigns, promotions, and in-store or field events

• Track customer interactions and sales activities in company systems

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus but not required)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and results-oriented

• Comfortable interacting with customers in a face-to-face environment

• Ability to work a full-time schedule , including weekends or evenings as needed

• Reliable transportation for in-store or field-based sales activities
