Position: Data Entry Clerk
Job Type: (Remote)
Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our system and maintaining our database. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, has excellent data entry skills, and is looking to grow their career in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter data into our system accurately and efficiently
- Verify and correct any discrepancies in data
- Maintain and update our database on a regular basis
- Ensure all data is entered in a timely manner
- Communicate with team members to ensure accuracy of data
- Assist in creating reports and analyzing data as needed
- Follow data entry procedures and protocols to ensure data integrity
- Keep sensitive information confidential
- Other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
- Excellent typing and data entry skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Real estate experience is a plus, but not required
