Job Description

We are partnering with a hospitality firm on a Contract Recruiter search.

• Duration: 3 to 6 months

• Start: ASAP
• Pay rate: $45-$60/hour depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Manage full cycle recruiting across a broad mix of corporate roles
• Support hiring across tech, accounting and finance, product/digital, creative, and other business functions
• Partner with hiring managers throughout the search process
• Guide candidates through the interview process and ensure a strong candidate experience
• Handle recruiting activity end to end in a lean environment
• Support some global hiring, including roles connected to Europe

Required Qualifications:

• 5 to 8 years of recruiting experience, experience from hospitality, creative, travel is required.
• Strong full cycle recruiting background
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions rather than one narrow specialty
• Ability to work independently and manage searches with urgency
• Organized and process oriented
• Comfortable advising hiring managers and influencing the search process
• Positive, low ego approach with a willingness to roll up your sleeves
• California market knowledge is a plus
• Background in travel, hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer is preferred but not required

Additional Details:

• Lean recruiting team
• No admin support, so this person should be comfortable owning the process from start to finish
