The Reserve at Orchard Lake is hosting an Open Interview Event for Caregivers and Med Techs Wednesday, June 24th from 9am to 5pm at our location in West Bloomfield, MI (7005 Pontiac Trail. West Bloomfield) No appointments necessary, walk-ins welcome, interviews on-site. This is a great opportunity to meet our team, learn more about the role, and explore employment opportunities with the Reserve at Orchard Lake. Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and skilled care to residents in accordance with The Reserve at Orchard Lake standards.
• Assist with daily living activities and medication management for residents.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and resident status.

Requirements

• Compassionate attitude and commitment to resident care.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
